Terms of service
The basis on which Codeorbitbase provides consultations, document feedback and language preparation.

1. Acceptance and provider
By booking or using a Codeorbitbase service, you agree to these terms. Codeorbitbase operates from Level 11, 57 Ballindamm, Hamburg 20095. A service agreement is formed when we confirm scope, date and fee in writing.
2. Scope and client responsibilities
We provide employment orientation, communication preparation, language coaching and non-certified document editing. You must provide accurate information, attend punctually and remove unnecessary sensitive data from documents. We do not act as recruiter, lawyer, immigration adviser, certified translator or qualification-recognition authority. No employment, interview or immigration outcome is guaranteed.
3. Fees, appointments and cancellation
Fees and included work are confirmed before payment. Payment is due as stated in the confirmation. Rescheduling, cancellation, no-shows and refunds follow our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
4. Intellectual property
You retain rights in documents you provide. Codeorbitbase retains rights in original worksheets, consultation structures and written guidance. You may use supplied materials personally for your job search or workplace preparation, but may not resell, publish or deliver them as training without permission.
5. Liability
Services are educational and advisory. To the extent permitted by German law, we are not liable for hiring decisions, employer conduct, losses caused by inaccurate client information or decisions made without appropriate professional advice. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health.
6. Availability and changes
We may postpone a session due to illness or circumstances beyond reasonable control and will offer a new date or refund the affected service. Material changes to confirmed scope require mutual written agreement.
7. Governing law and disputes
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. The courts competent under German law have jurisdiction. Please contact info@codeorbitbase.digital first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.
8. Severability and contact
If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Questions may be sent to info@codeorbitbase.digital.
