Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

Cancelling a scheduled consultation

Cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full refund. Cancellations 24–48 hours before receive a 50% refund. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the session fee is non-refundable because the reserved time is unlikely to be filled. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Rescheduling and no-shows

One rescheduling request made at least 24 hours ahead is free. Later requests are treated as cancellation unless an emergency makes that unreasonable. If you do not attend and have not contacted us within 15 minutes of the start, the appointment is a no-show and no refund is due.

Document reviews and work already started

For application language reviews or consultation preparation, you may cancel for a full refund before review begins. Once work starts, we deduct the reasonable value of work completed and refund the balance. Completed reviews and delivered written materials are non-refundable unless defective. No physical materials are purchased for these services.

Deposits and service cancellation

If a custom engagement requires a deposit, its amount and refundable conditions will be stated before payment. If Codeorbitbase cancels and no suitable replacement date is agreed, you receive a full refund for the affected service. Illness and exceptional circumstances are considered individually and may support a late reschedule.

Requesting a refund

Email info@codeorbitbase.digital with your name, appointment date and reason. Request any eligible refund within 14 days of cancellation or delivery. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days; bank processing may add time. We do not issue cash alternatives.

Concerns about quality

Tell us within seven days of delivery and explain the specific issue. We may first offer a correction, replacement document or short follow-up. This does not limit mandatory consumer remedies under German law.
