From uncertainty to rehearsal

Your consultation pathway

A practical route from the employment situation on your desk to language you can use in the room.

1. Tell us what is actually ahead

Use the contact form to name your occupation, approximate German level and next event: an application, interview, first day, difficult workplace exchange or return to job searching. We answer within one business day and suggest a suitable session—or a different source of help if the issue is legal, official or outside our scope.

2. Share only useful material

For a readiness consultation, send one CV and one target vacancy or role description. For interview work, add the invitation and any questions already provided. Remove data you do not want to share. We confirm the appointment and fee in writing; payment is arranged separately, never on this website.

3. Map the communication moments

At the start, we identify the people involved, the purpose of the conversation and what a useful result would look like. A salary conversation needs different language from a handover to a colleague. This prevents broad study from taking over the time.

4. Practise, pause and try again

You speak through realistic prompts. Feedback focuses on meaning, structure and the language errors that could alter your message. You can pause, ask why a phrase works and repeat the exchange with a different response. The atmosphere is supportive, but the practice remains close enough to working life to be useful.

5. Leave with a record

Depending on the service, you receive corrected documents, a feedback sheet, vocabulary notes or a four-week action plan. Notes distinguish between immediate priorities and details that can wait. They are designed to support independent practice rather than create dependence on continuing sessions.

Bring one real situation

A vacancy or upcoming conversation is enough to begin. You do not need to organise every question before contacting us.
